My husband and I purchased a home in Sarasota without ever leaving NY during this COVID pandemic. We are pretty certain this would never have happened if we had been working with someone other than Angela. Before Angela, we had worked with other agents who rarely answered their phones and who barraged us with e-mails but never seemed to listen to what we were looking for. Angela went above and beyond to make the process easy for us. She toured the homes we were interested in with her camera phone in hand providing valuable (and oftentimes brutally honest and funny) commentary. We could practically smell the odors in some of the homes as she described them to us! In the end, Angela worked tirelessly to find exactly what we were looking for and we are now the proud owners of a beautiful Sarasota home near family and friends. We would not hesitate to recommend Angela. She is a wonderful person, who will work hard for her clients and her enthusiasm is truly contagious.

First of all, let me say that without Angela and your company, we would have been totally lost and probably still not in our new home. Angela was referred to me by my cousin in New Jersey, who knew her in their younger days. My situation was a bit unique in that we were relocating from overseas and coming in blind. After dealing with a somewhat shady realtor on another house that we barely got out of, I was in a panic. Angela swooped in and went way above and beyond in helping us out. I want to personally thank you for all that your company did for us. I wouldn’t ever do it again long distance the way we did, but since we had no choice and this is our forever home now, I am forever grateful that we had Angela on our side. My wife and I have used Angela twice in the last 12 months to purchase a home in Lakewood Ranch and sell our condo on Siesta Key. Angela is professional, knowledgeable, energetic, hard working, and easy to work with. She tirelessly marketed our Siesta Key property conducting multiple open houses and immediately following up with any potential buyers. The transaction was simple. When searching for a new house, Angela was quick to set up appointments and provided valuable insight into the properties we were considering. Angela is very detail oriented and was extremely responsive to any requests and/or questions. She is an effective negotiator.
